Everybody wants to innovate. We all know that “What got you here, won’t get you there” (Marshall Goldsmith 2007). So if we want to get to somewhere new, ahead of the competition and at a healthy profit, where do we look for ideas? They are not “out there”, they are in the subconscious minds of us all. This day is about tapping into the subconscious, playful mind, as a vital resource in the creative process. In short, we will be facilitating the short-circuiting of the logical brain as a way of generating fresh, new perspectives and options – encouraging speculation about future possibilities. Then we will ground them in real-world deliverables.
